We want to kindly remind our patients that:

~ A mask is required to enter the clinic, the waiting room, and the treatment room. Covering your mouth, nose, and chin.

~ The parking lot is the new waiting room. We ask patients to arrive just a few minutes prior to scheduled appointment.

~ Social distance in the clinic, waiting room, lobby. Please be patient and kind.

~ Please no additional friends, family members, unless mobility or age is concern.

You must answer NO to the following questions.

: Do you have any of the following symptoms? Fever, cough, runny nose, respiratory issues?

: Have you in the last 14 days been outside of Saskatchewan? Have you had to self isolate due to these travels?

: Have you had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of CO-VID 19?

: Have you received a positive COVID test in the last 14 days or has anyone in your family bubble received a positive COVID test?

If you answer YES to any of the above questions we ask that you call the office and cancel your appointment.

We can arrange for it to be rescheduled for a later time.
